I have years of experience with Customer Service, and my success is based on my goal to ensure that all of the client's needs are met, and in a satisfactory manner.
In todays age of information, and how readily available it is, I can say with confidence: If I do not know if already, I will learn. I have went to the University of Alaska- Fairbanks for a few semesters to get my mind focused on the fundamentals of IT. It was in that track, that I found a new passion for Computer Science and Programming.
I want your vision to become reality. We'll find a medium that works best to support that, and come up with some concepts to build your dreams. Your input is welcome every step of the way.

Taking note from my career in the Durable Medical Equipment industry, I constructed some web- based tools to assist in some everyday functions of the industry. My first career was in the U.S. Army, serving as Fire Direction Control
for Field Artillery. It was here that my pre-existing fascination for technology really took off.
It was here that I formed my dedication to problem-solving, and coming up with effective solutions
to common problems. My current career in the Durable Medical Equipment industry, has solidified my
Customer Service abilities and small team management. Using the skills I have learned from the Military,
IT training, Programming, and Customer experience, I strive to keep problems to a minumum while achieving
maximum output and effeciency.
